BSC will provide round trip premium economy air travel to/from Barcelona for you and your guest. To ensure you arrive on Tuesday June 2, you may initiate your flight to Barcelona on Monday June 1.
Ground Transportation
We will provide round trip airport transfers from Barcelona Airport.
Rental cars will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Hotel
Breakfast at the Jardin Room is included in the daily room rate.
Guests are responsible for incidentals and will be asked to provide a personal credit card upon check in.
You must manually choose your arrival and departure dates as they are pre-populated in the link. Also be sure to register yourself and your guest for accommodations, events and activities.
It is highly suggested you do not register using a mobile device as in most cases you will not have the option to choose hotel arrival/departure dates.

The hotel is offering rooms at our group rate (699.00€++) three days pre and three days post group arrival/ departure based upon hotel availability.
