Weather
Days are comfortably warm with highs in the mid-70s and lows in the mid-60s. Remember to check the weather forecast before your departure to ensure you pack appropriately.

Functions
Dinner will be provided Wednesday and Friday, with receptions on Tuesday and Saturday. If you have confirmed your attendance at these functions, please note that they have been reserved on your behalf and have been pre-paid. Therefore, it is presumed you will attend.
Activities
You have been provided with an $800 gift card to cover the cost of your daytime activities, lunch and snacks. For evenings where you will be on your own for dinner, you may use your corporate card to expense your meal at $150.00 per couple.
Gratuities
Gratuities for all hotel staff have been pre-arranged. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
